Info: Claire will share CIPD’s research on how leading organisations are addressing domestic abuse, providing evidence on the impact on wellbeing, productivity and retention, discussing how inclusive leadership and clear policies can create safer workplaces, and setting out the business case for action.

Louise and her team will share two brief case studies demonstrating how proper disclosure, risk assessment, strong HR policies, and expert advice have stood on HR on solid legal ground.
