The role of HR in prevention, protection and practice
About this Event

Domestic abuse has a profound effect on individuals and families. And it will inevitably reach into the workplace, impacting attendance, performance, wellbeing, and safety. Yet it often remains hidden. This is where HR and people professionals become uniquely placed to recognise the signs, offer crucial support and build cultures where safety, trust and wellbeing come first.

Join us at the one-day conference which explores the pivotal role of HR in prevention, protection and practice. Through expert insight, lived experience, and interactive planning, start your journey from awareness to action as we explore how organisations in Wales can take meaningful action.
