The Builder’s Symposium was created out of real observation—not theory.

Over time, we’ve watched capable, committed leaders carry vision with very little support at the foundation level. These are people who are smart, faithful, and actively building—but often while tired, unclear, or internally split. Many find themselves restarting, recalibrating, or pushing through issues that should have been addressed earlier.

This gathering exists to interrupt that cycle.

The Builder’s Symposium is an intimate, one-day leadership exchange for people who are building something real—and want to do it well. It’s a pause before acceleration. A chance to examine the parts of the work that usually get skipped: identity, direction, systems, capacity, money, and sustainability.

Not to overthink.
Not to perform.
But to get honest—and aligned.

Throughout the day, we’ll work through:

• How you’re carrying the vision (not just what the vision is)
• What’s unclear, strained, or misaligned beneath the surface
• The systems and decisions that will either support or sabotage your next season
• Practical realities around funding, structure, and selling the vision responsibly
• How to build in a way that doesn’t require constant recovery
