The Builders Guild Retreat November 14th-16th, 2025

The theme of the Builders Guild Retreat (BGR), “Going Home,” is about more than a location. It is about returning to the place where your purpose began. It is about courageously finishing what was started, no matter how much pain or rejection has surrounded the building site and project.

The BGR is designed to build up the woman who has been called to very specific building projects that will advance God’s Kingdom. She is exhausted- mentally, emotionally and/or physically. She realizes this next project is "heavy" and requires intentional withdrawal from her usual environment and activities for renewal, refreshment and revelation during rest. The BGR will be a time of fellowship, worship, teaching, discussion, reflection, and deep study in God’s Word.

Registration will be available for only be 33 Builders of the BGR as this is the prophetic number of completion and covenant. The question is simple: Will you be one of the 33 women willing to invest in her future, saying “yes” to going home, to finish that which was abandoned, clearing the site to walk in the fullness of your calling to build with purpose and passion.

All Builders Guild Retreat (BGR) activities will be held at a private retreat site, which will be shared exclusively with registered participants one week prior to the event. This intentional choice ensures that our time together remains sacred, set apart, and focused on God’s presence.
Because of the unique flow of retreat activities, overnight accommodations will not be onsite. Instead, we have partnered with nearby hotels to provide discounted lodging for retreat participants.Rooms are limited due to other events in the area that weekend. Please secure your room early to ensure availability.

At BGR, you’ll be nourished body and soul. Our onsite caterer will serve delicious breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, with plenty of snacks and beverages available throughout the retreat. Vegan options will also be thoughtfully provided.

At 33, Jesus fulfilled His earthly mission, and Elohim appears 33 times in Genesis 1, declaring God’s creative covenant. Our theme, Going Home, is not about geography but about returning to the place where your purpose began and courageously finishing what God told you to start. Only 33 seats are open, because this retreat carries the prophetic weight of completion and covenant. To be one of the 33 is not chance — it is a call. God is summoning a remnant of women once rejected or overlooked to rise, go home, and complete the assignment. The journey may not be easy, but it is necessary.

Info: The blueprint remains as a record and testimony of what has been built — a foundation for future generations. Just as builders keep the blueprint as a record of what has been completed, we too carry the testimony of what God has built in us. The blueprint becomes more than lines on a page — it is a witness of completion, a guide for maintenance, and a foundation for the next generation of building. At BGR, as we go home, we don’t discard the plans of the past; we honor them as evidence of God’s faithfulness and as a legacy for what is still to come.
