During UKREiiF, we’ll be hosting a networking breakfast followed by a panel discussion on AI in construction - focusing on what’s actually changing in delivery, and how risk, responsibility and behaviour are shifting as a result.
The panel (TBC) will bring together a mix of voices from across the industry, including an architect, project manager, QS, developer, and those closer to the funding and insurance side of projects.

09:30 – 10:00: Networking breakfast
10:00 – 11:00: Panel discussion
You’re welcome to join for the full session, or just come along for the networking.
As with all Build Club events, the focus is on creating an open, informal environment where conversations can happen naturally — before, during and after the panel.
No pressure, no rigid format - just a space to connect with others across the industry.
