"The Buchanan Senior Storytelling Event is a different kind of live storytelling experience that aspires to help strengthen the sense of community across generations of those who call Buchanan home. The evening will feature 8 storytellers – 4 Seniors from this year’s graduating class at Buchanan High School and 4 “More Senior” members (i.e. “Elders”) of the Buchanan Community – who will tell true stories drawn from their respective, lived experiences. The general “theme” for the evening is a “person/experience/moment that has left a lasting impression on you, perhaps a time when you learned an important ‘life lesson’ from someone else……”

The Buchanan Senior Storytelling Event will take place on Wednesday April 16th (7:00 – 8:45, doors open at 6:15) in the Tin Shop Theatre in downtown Buchanan (108 East Roe Street Buchanan). The Tin Shop has graciously offered to handle ticket orders for this event.
