Missy Robinson’s journey is one of resilience and transformation. After a traumatic experience while serving in the Australian Army in 2008, Missy faced nearly two decades of complex mental health challenges, physical struggles, and personal setbacks. Her journey took a turning point following a near-death experience with blood poisoning, which propelled her onto a path of holistic healing and self-discovery. Today, she is a Certified Cuddle Therapist, mental health advocate, and author of Fierce & Fabulous, a guide where she shares the mindset shifts, movement routines, and tools that helped her reclaim her health and happiness. Known for her work in healing touch therapy, Missy empowers others through platonic connection and self-care practices, encouraging individuals to live authentically and boldly.At the December Brunch Club, Missy will present “Transforming Trauma into Triumph,” a powerful session where she shares how aligning with her values of healing, authenticity, and adventure enabled her to rebuild her life. Attendees will learn from her lived experience how to overcome adversity, shift their mindset, and explore new methods of self-care and personal empowerment. This is an opportunity to hear Missy’s story firsthand and gain valuable insights into embracing challenges and pursuing a fulfilling, purpose-driven life.

While I encourage you to meet new people, have a great time and expand your knowledge base – this is the event to come to if you’re sick of 30 second spiels and having business cards forced upon you. I want everyone who comes along to feel comfortable, supported and welcomed! 💕 When you meet a fabulous person that you’d like to connect or collaborate with, forget the business card and be a little creative.
