Hosted at The Brookwood Community™, this multi-day, in-person experience opens the doors to a living model of purpose-filled work, residential community, and meaningful life for adults with disabilities. Leaders, families, and changemakers from around the world come together to learn not just the ideas behind a mission-driven organization, but how it actually works day-to-day.
You will receive guidance, encouragement, and practical insight as you step inside a thriving community and learn from those who have walked the path before you. And yes-- we will share our mistakes too, because the most honest learning happens when nothing is held back -- your mission deserves the full story.
The Conference is an immersive experience designed to inspire, equip, and connect. Interactive sessions tackle the real questions leaders face — fundraising, volunteer support, residential community, enterprise models, and how to start a program. You will tour our campus, work alongside our Citizens in Brookwood's enterprises, and leave with more than knowledge — you will leave with relationships, fresh vision, and a firsthand glimpse of God in action.
