The Brooklin Blitz is an action packed event for Martial Artists of all ages & abilities to train together, learn together and spar together.This is a beginner friendly event that is a great introduction into the world of point sparring. The blitz is a one day training camp full of opportunities to improve ones sparring skills as well as a friendly competition to test those skills.
The point sparring competition will be setup as a double elimination tournament. This means each athlete will get multiple opportunities to spar other athletes in their division.
An ABCTF Point Sparring Officials Training & Certification Course is built into the event. Participants have the opportunity to learn how to officiate point sparring to add another skill to take back to their school's.
