Dearest Gentle Reader,
The NRV Historical Costume Society is collaborating with the NRV Historical Dancing Society of Sapphire Ballroom to bring you our first EVER ball in the theme of the popular show, Bridgerton. We cordially invite you to join us for a fun-filled night of historical group dancing, yummy tea snacks, and joyful socializing.
While period clothing is not required, we do recommend it. Whether it be historical or modern, formal attire is required. There will be a costume contest announcing the Diamond of the season!
Tickets are just $15 per person and cover entrance and complimentary light snacks and drink. We do recommend eating dinner beforehand.
NO PARTNER, NO PROBLEM! All the historical dances we'll be learning and doing are made to be group dances so you do not need a partner. No prior experience necessary since we will be teaching them, though it is highly recommended you attend the FREE historic dance class on September 10th at the Sapphire Ballroom by registering through their website.
