AI models keep evolving. The skills keep shifting. By the time you become certified in one tool, another may have already taken its place. This session won’t give you another list of tools to master. It will give you a map for deciding where you want to go.

Designers stand on one side, practicing human-centered design with AI as another tool in the box. Enterprise AI strategy stands on the other, often optimizing for efficiency while treating the human as whatever the agent leaves behind. Somewhere in the middle, we began augmenting the machine instead of being augmented by it.

The bridge is missing.

Human-centered AI adoption can fill that gap. The same challenge that stalls an organization’s AI transformation can also stall a career: not a missing skill, but a missing vision of where you’re going.
