8:30am: Let the Festivities Begin!

9:00am: Golfer Registration Opens

10:00am: Breakfast Putting Contest

10:15am: Tournament and Course Rules Announced

10:30am: Shot Gun Start

3:30pm: Happy Hour (to follow when golf portion ends)

We recommend Sponsors to check in before 8:30am. Come early so you can set up and get back to the clubhouse to enjoy some coffee and talking with the golfers before our tournament begins.

Your sponsor check-in packet will include:

• A course map
• Tournament program
• Golfer List

If you have signed up for as a Hole Sponsor, the tee box area at your hole will be set up with a tee sign, unskirted table, chairs and tent rental.

• Oregon Golf Club does NOT provide food & beverages for on-course vendors
• Food & beverages brought in must be served by someone with an Oregon food handlers permit, and the food must be made in a licensed kitchen
• For alcoholic items, serving vendor must have a valid OLCC license to serve

Failure to follow these rules, we will have no other choice than to ban you from sponsoring any future golf tournaments with MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions
