The Brewer's Table

We are excited to announce our upcoming beer dinner at The Port Oysteria and Brewery. This event will highlight our casual fine dining identity and unique brew list, making craft beer accessible and enjoyable alongside elevated cuisine. Join us for "The Brewer's Table," where our In-House Brewer collaborates with our Culinary Team to create a unique tasting menu exploring new flavors in Downtown Fredericksburg.

Tickets are available for just $75. When you purchase a ticket, you'll pay half of the price upfront, while the remaining half will be charged at the conclusion of the event (Ticket does not include gratuity). Don't miss out—secure your tickets before they sell out!

Course One - Charcuterie

A delightful selection of raw oysters, fresh fruits, cured meats, artisanal cheeses, breads, and spreads, perfectly complemented by a crisp Stout or a refreshing Honey Blonde Brew.

Course Two - Creamy Dill Lobster Salad

Presented on a bed of spinach and arugula, drizzled with fresh lemon, and paired beautifully with a rich Porter.

Course Three - Curry Peanut Soup

This dish showcases butter and herb-seared scallops, elegantly garnished with bacon and peanut brittle, perfectly complemented by a robust Scottish Ale.

Course Four - Scottish Ale BBQ'd Prawns

This dish comes with avocado crème, mango, and habanero chutney for a delightful flavor combination. Served with an IPA or Vienna Lager.

Course Five - Cedar Plank Grilled Swordfish

Featuring a basil pistachio relish alongside heirloom tomatoes and red onions, this dish is paired with a refreshing Kolsch.

Course Six - Golden Crab Ice Cream

This distinctive dessert showcases Old Bay seasoning in vanilla cream, drizzled with honey and topped with crumbled house chips, paired perfectly with a Hefeweizen.
