Sal Nidai has been training our Barre teachers here at Breeze since we opened the studio. With over ten years experience in personal training and fitness consulting, plus a background in dance and musical theatre, Sal has an infectious energy which translates to his teaching. His classes are magnetic, empowering and technically refined.
Daisy Edwards has been teaching Barre for six years, in multiple studios around London. Last year she won classpass Best Instructor and takes pride in the inclusive environment she creates in her classes. She can’t wait to pass on her years of experience as an instructor and mentor in this training. She’ll guide you to find your authentic voice as a teacher while keeping the vibe fun and fresh.
Together, they’ve crafted a course that balances structure and soul giving you the confidence, skills, and presence to lead unforgettable classes.
