And we don't mean through force or, but through embodied presence, self-commitment, and choosing yourself again and again.
It's identifying and shedding the patterns and habits that don't match the frequency of who you're becoming... and finding people and spaces that help you stay connected to your deeper "why."
January’s Breathwork Experience is a powerful invitation to meet yourself where you are and consciously step into who you’re becoming.
Through guided breath, somatic release, and nervous system re-wiring, we’ll explore the qualities we're ready to embody, the commitments we're choosing to make to ourselves, and the affirmations that speak deeply to our journey.
This experience is for anyone ready to:
• Honor their inner YES
• Recommit to themselves with compassion
• Anchor your intentions in the body, not just the mind
• Begin the year feeling grounded, clear, and supported
This is not gentle breathwork for relaxation. It's high-caliber breathwork for long-lasting transformation.
