Can you spell summer, smoker, sauerkraut, solstice, Frigidaire, aperitif, wave, crochet, bye-bye? Do you wish you’d taken a ribbon home from the Science Fair? Are you feeling those back-to-school new-glue-stick feelings? Come compete! Get the other nurses or physical therapists or gangsters or paralegals or dog walkers or ex-boyfriends or grocery baggers you associate with to sign up too. This is gonna be fun. $2 suggested donation to watch. $6 to spell. All ages welcome. Must be 16 or older to compete in the Spelling Bee. In the gym at beautiful Ivywild School, 1604 S. Cascade Ave.
