A Monthly Embodied Confidence Series
The Brave Body Practice is a monthly weekend series using burlesque-informed movement, embodiment practices, and psychological tools to build confidence, presence, and expressive freedom—on stage and in everyday life.
Each month focuses on a specific theme such as stage presence, movement quality, pausing, character creation, or dynamic change. Through guided movement, playful exploration, and intentional reflection, participants learn how performance skills translate directly into self-trust, grounded confidence, and authentic expression beyond the studio.
This series is designed for performers and non-performers alike. No experience required—just curiosity and a willingness to show up in your body.
