We are so excited to offer this free youth boxing session in partnership with the City of Subiaco.
Join us on October 9th at 5pm where we'll be soaking in the evening sun while we:
🥊 go through the basics of non combat boxing
🥊 pick up a sweat with cardio and core fitness
🥊 connect through a facilitated workshop about mental wellbeing
🥊build an amazing community!
Who is this for?
☀️ Any young person aged 12-26
☀️ Any fitness level and boxing beginners
What do I need?
🥊 Comfortable clothes to sweat in
🥊 A water bottle
🥊 A jumper or sweatshirt for after
🥊 An open mind and some positive vibes
What will we provide?
☀️ Boxing and fitness gear
☀️ Great tunes
☀️ Workshop materials and light snacks
☀️ Trained facilitators

Who are we:
Since 2017 The Boxing Project has been proudly offering free youth boxing and wellbeing workshops in the Subiaco area.
Transitions in life can be hard, but with the right community and a constant safe space to explore movement and wellbeing we can build the resilience and self efficacy to deal with life’s challenges - and have fun while we do it!
Our classes are community driven. We aren’t a gym, we aren’t elite athletes. We want to make movement accessible and fun for people who may not feel comfortable in a typical gym environment.
