The iconic band lead by world-renowned guitarist Randy Jacobs of Was (Not Was). The Boneshakers and members have performed and recorded with Bonnie Raitt (It was Bonnie who inadvertently gave them their name “Boneshakers” while they were working on her “Longing In Our Hearts” CD), BB King, Buddy Guy, Seal, Keb Mo, Gov't Mule, Elton John, Bootsy Collins, Tears For Fears, Bob Dylan, Stevie Wonder, Iggy Pop, Bobby Rush, Charlie Musselwhite, Dave Koz, and Mindi Abair...just to name a few. The powerful band celebrates over 30 years of no-holds-barred funk, soul, and roots music that marries the sounds and spirits of Detroit Rock City, Memphis, and Muscle Shoals. Their latest album Live To Be This dropped on Gulf Coast Records in July 2025 and debuted at #9 on Billboard Top Blues Albums, featuring special guests Bobby Rush, Charlie Musselwhite, Coco Montoya, Don Was, Jimmy Carpenter, and more. It also topped Blues radio charts in the UK, France, and Germany.
