By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the premises, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Identification & Payment Requirements
All guests must present a valid, government-issued physical photo identification and a credit card in their own name at check-in. Photocopies or digital images will not be accepted. The event organizers reserve the right to deny entry to any individual who fails to comply. No exceptions will be made.

2. Right of Admission Reserved
Management reserves the absolute right to refuse entry or service to any individual at its sole discretion, including but not limited to instances involving non-compliance with event policies, disruptive behavior, visible intoxication, or failure to meet identification requirements.

3. Smoking Policy
Smoking is permitted strictly in designated outdoor areas only. Smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, and vaporizers—is strictly prohibited inside the premises.

Any guest found violating this policy will be required to vacate the property immediately.

4. Violation & Removal
Guests who fail to adhere to event policies, venue rules, or applicable laws may be removed from the premises without prior notice. Removal shall be at the sole discretion of event management and/or venue security.

5. No Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to removal for policy violations, failure to present required identification or payment method, late arrival, or voluntary departure from the event.

6. Assumption of Risk
Guests voluntarily assume all risks incidental to attendance at the event, including but not limited to risks associated with crowded environments and consumption of alcoholic beverages. Guests are expected to drink responsibly.

7. Modifications
Event organizers reserve the right to modify event details, entertainment, schedule, or venue logistics as necessary without prior notice. Such modifications shall not constitute grounds for refund.
