Το εργαστήρι αυτό θα εξετάσει το σώμα ως ένα ζωντανό αρχείο, έναν χώρο όπου η μνήμη και η ταυτότητα χαράσσονται, αμφισβητούνται και επαναπροσδιορίζονται. Στο πλαίσιο της Κύπρου, ενός τόπου που χαρακτηρίζεται από εκτοπισμό, διαπολιτισμικότητα και μια σύνθετη ιστορία, θα διερευνήσουμε πώς οι κινήσεις και οι σωματικές χειρονομίες φέρουν ίχνη προσωπικών και συλλογικών αφηγήσεων.
Μέσα από την κίνηση και τον διάλογο, οι συμμετέχοντες θα εξερευνήσουν πώς το σώμα μεσολαβεί στην αίσθηση του ανήκειν και στη μνήμη, πέρα από τα λόγια. Το εργαστήρι δεν επικεντρώνεται μόνο σε σωματικές ασκήσεις, αλλά και στη διερεύνηση του πώς όσα κουβαλάμε μέσα μας διαμορφώνουν αυτό που τελικά γινόμαστε.
Δεν απαιτείται προηγούμενη εμπειρία στον χορό.

This workshop will interrogate the body as a living archive, a site where memory and identity are inscribed, contested, and reimagined. In the context of Cyprus, a landscape marked by displacement, interculturality, and layered histories, we will explore how embodied gestures carry traces of personal and collective narratives.
Through movement and reflective dialogue, participants will engage with the corporeal as a critical lens, uncovering how the body mediates belonging and cultural memory beyond language. This is not an exercise in physicality, but an inquiry into the politics of presence: how what we carry shapes who we become.
No previous dance experience required.
