We are VERY excited to be launching our 2026 series of storytelling performance shows with the mighty Ben Haggarty and Steph Brittain. On the westernmost tip of Ireland, a beach of crystal white sand once ran crimson with the blood of a never-ending magical battle — the last battle fought by the epic hero, Fionn MacCumhaill.
Ben Haggarty and Steph Brittain share a work-in-progress, picking through and piecing together fragments of voices, medieval manuscript, and song that tell a story of love and loss.
Raw, lyrical, and unforgettable. This is not just a wild myth retold. It’s an exploration of what it means to live, to regret, to sacrifice, and to endure in a relentless world.
What will survive the tide?
This performance is followed by an opportunity for post-show discussion and is part of a Research and Development project funded by the Arts Council of England.
