The Blue Element at Winter Park Arts Weekend

Conceived as an “artistic bridge” between City Hall and Central Park, The Blue Element comprises three interconnected components designed to spark curiosity, reflection, and community engagement.

The Blue Element will open in February and remain in place through Arts Weekend, enriching Winter Park’s cultural landscape and inviting residents and visitors alike to pause, reflect, and celebrate the transformative power of art.
