The Bloom Ice Noir
The Bloom Ice Noir is an elevated black-and-white social affair created to bring community, connection, culture, and celebration together for an unforgettable evening in Columbus, Georgia.
Presented by D’Bridge, The Bloom builds on a vision of bridging communities and giving meaningful relationships the opportunity to bloom. The event transforms the scenic 14th Street Pedestrian Bridge, which connects Columbus, Georgia, and Phenix City, Alabama, into a sophisticated gathering place overlooking the Chattahoochee River. The bridge itself is fitting for that mission: it physically connects the two cities and their riverwalk systems.
Guests dressed in their finest black-and-white attire will experience an atmosphere where elegance meets genuine connection. The evening brings together live entertainment, music, networking, vendors, food trucks, beautiful décor, VIP experiences, community partners, and local businesses—all against the waterfront backdrop of the bridge. The Bloom’s previous event on the bridge similarly centered networking, live music, this year featured artist Carl Thomas, vendors, food trucks, décor, and creating lasting connections.
More Than a Social Event
At its heart, The Bloom Ice Noir is about relationships. It creates a space where business owners can meet future customers, professionals can form new partnerships, organizations can engage the community, and guests can simply enjoy an incredible evening while making connections that may continue long after the event ends.
The experience also provides a platform for sponsors, vendors, entrepreneurs, creatives, entertainers, and community organizations to gain visibility and become part of something designed to strengthen the Columbus–Phenix City community.
And this year, the experience carries an even greater purpose by highlighting the West Central Georgia Cancer Coalition and the important work being done to reduce the burden of cancer in the communities it serves.
The Bloom Ice Noir — where connections are made, community is celebrated, and relationships BLOOM.
We’ve bridged the gap between our communities—now witness those relationships Bloom.
