The Black Healing Space: North Jersey

Join us for The Black Healing Space on Saturday, February 7, 2026, as we honor Black History Month with intention, softness, and community. This in-person gathering is a safe and nurturing space for the Black community to pause, exhale, and reconnect—celebrating our resilience while making room for restoration.

Through breathwork and sound healing, we’ll guide you through a transformative healing experience to help release anxiety, stress, and trauma from the body, while cultivating deeper gratitude, peace, and love. You’ll be held in community by facilitators trained in spiritual care and emotional well-being, so that you don’t have to carry it all alone.

During Black History Month, we remember that our healing is part of our legacy—rest is resistance, breath is remembrance, and community is medicine.

Info: This is the main event which includes breath work, sound healing, a guided reflection, journaling and group sharing. We encourage everyone to arrive 15 minutes early to park and check in so they can be fully present to start at 10:00 AM.
