Join us for The Black Healing Space on Saturday, November 28, 2026. This in-person gathering is a safe and nurturing space for our community to pause, exhale, and reconnect.

Through breathwork and sound healing, we’ll guide you through a transformative healing experience to help release anxiety, stress, and trauma from the body, while cultivating deeper gratitude, peace, and love. You’ll be held in community by facilitators trained in spiritual care and emotional well-being, so that you don’t have to carry it all alone.

Black Healing Session

Info: This is the main event which includes breath work, sound healing, a guided reflection, journaling and group sharing. We encourage everyone to arrive 15 minutes early to park and check in so they can be fully present to start at 6:00 PM.
