The Black Healing Space

Join us for The Black Healing Space on Saturday, March 14, 2026, in Hamilton. This in-person event aims to create a safe and nurturing space for the Black community to come together and heal.

Through breath work and sound healing, we facilitate a transformative healing experience that helps release anxiety, stress, and trauma from the body while helping you focus on gratitude, peace and love. We do this all in the safety of community with facilitators who are trained in spiritual care and well-being. Our Black Healing Space offers a unique opportunity to connect with others in our community who are on their self-love journey, share experiences, and nurture your own well-being.
