The Black Healing Space

Join us for the Black Healing Space in Germantown on Sunday, October 4, 2026. This in-person event aims to create a safe and nurturing space for the Black community to come together and heal.

Through breathwork and sound healing, we guide you in releasing stress, anxiety, and trauma from the body while cultivating gratitude, peace, and love. In partnership with Akiva S. Harris founder of Beyond Limits Mental Health and Wellness, this experience also includes group therapy, providing a culturally affirming space for reflection, emotional processing, and community connection.

This session offers a unique opportunity to connect with others on their self-love journey, share experiences, and receive support in a space facilitated by trained professionals in spiritual care, well-being, and mental health.
