The Big Swap at Alfresco

The Big Swap is coming to Brum ! A size-inclusive clothes swapbring up to 10 items, receive tokens, and swap them for something new to you!
About this Event

Refresh your wardrobe the sustainable way at Alfresco. We are proud to host a Size-Inclusive Swap, because style and sustainability should be for everyone. Bring up to 10 items in exchange for tokens (1 item = 1 token; max 10 tokens). You're welcome to donate extra! We will put out as much as our rails can hold, and if we receive overflow stock, we’ll bring out fresh pieces during the event as space frees up. Anything left at the end will be donated locally

How it works

1. Buy your ticket and head to Alfresco Sports Bar
2. Drop off up to 10 items between 11–1pm
3. Receive tokens for your items
4. Relax, eat, drink and choose from one of our 16 Food Partners
5. We will operate a first drop, first swap drop system opening at 1pm - please note: you may be asked to wait to ensure swapping in comfort
6. Use your tokens to pick your new pieces
7. Take home up to 10 finds - all leftovers are donated locally

What to bring

• Up to 10 clean, good‑condition clothing items
• Something you’d be happy to receive yourself
• We are hosting a size-inclusive swap, so items in all sizes are welcome and celebrated!
