Welcome to The Big Pink Power Party! Join me for a fun-filled 3 day event at Pink Trainers Personal Training and out in the Sussex countryside. Get ready to sweat, laugh, and feel empowered with a diary of multi sport activities. This is your chance to connect with like-minded individuals and embrace your inner strength and outdoor adventurer. Whether you're a fitness fanatic or a newbie, this event is for you! Day 1

🕑: 09:15 AM - 01:00 PM
Friday 15th Aug - Circuit Training and South Downs Hike

Info: Start at Pink Trainers HQ at 9.15 with a fun 45 minute circuit session to warm up for the weekend ahead and dial up the energy. We will take a short break to refuel and to make sure we have all we need for the next part of the day. At 10.15 we drive to the hike start on the South Downs and spend 2 hours exploring the trails of the Downs. There will be hills but the route is designed to accommodate all participants. At 12.30 we return to the start point for a cool down and 30 minute stretch session finishing up by 1pm for the day. Water, electrolytes, High 5 energy powder and cereal bars are provided.


Day 2

🕑: 08:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Saturday 16th Aug - Bike and Beach Stretch

Info: Start at Pink Trainers HQ at 8am for a bike safety check and group riding skills session. After a short break to fuel up we warm up and depart at 8.45. The route is a 35km loop taking us out through Shoreham into the Sussex countryside. There will be main roads, country lanes, some small hills, chain gang speed fun, a little bit of riverside gravel and plenty of photo opportunities. We return to PTHQ for a change of kit and head to the beach for 11am for a stretch session. All finished up by 12 the rest of the day is then yours after a cracking active start. Water, bananas, electrolytes, High 5 energy powder and cereal bars are provided.


Day 3

🕑: 08:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Sunday 17th Aug - Run club, beach stretch and beach brunch

Info: The Daisies and Dynamos run club meets at Hove Lagoon for an 8am start. We will split into 2 teams where, after a PTPT style warm up, Daisies will be mastering continuous jogging and Dynamos will be getting their sprints on...this is a team session though so both groups will be working together encouraging each other to complete a selection of challenges laid down finishing up with a short seafront shuffle. After a quick break we head onto the beach for a 9.15 stretch session. From10-12 we celebrate our weekend achievements with a slap up beach brunch courtesy of Pink Trainers PT. All done by 12 noon. Water, bananas, electrolytes, High 5 energy powder and cereal bars are provided for the exercise sessions.
