Woohoo! We’re excited about this one! This November, Strength Culture will be hosting “The Big Lift” - a fundraiser event to support the incredible work that the Nelson Tasman Hospice does in our community. This will be a day of lifting events (both team and individual) suitable for anyone and everyone, regardless of experience level! This is simply about getting involved for a good cause and just having fun with our awesome community of members 🫶🏻
Over $2000 of prizes to be won 👏🏼
You do not need to be a SC member to register and we encourage anyone and everyone to get involved! 🫱🏻🫲🏼
If you don’t want to participate but would like to support the cause, there will be raffles and donation buckets on the day.
The events will range from
- The Deadlift
- Chin Ups
- Hip Thrust
- Hangs
- Team and Solo Conditioning Challenges
- Farmers Carry
