The Big Cleanup Clearwater Monthly Beach Cleanup

Join Keep Pinellas Beautiful and the City of Clearwater every month for a morning of service to keep Clearwater litter-free! Volunteers will assist with cleaning the beach and surrounding streets. These monthly events will take place January through December. The culmination of these cleanups will be The Big Cleanup Clearwater, Clearwater’s largest weeklong community-wide cleanup. Please note: All participants must be registered. If your group has 10 or more volunteers, please notify Megan Jackson at [email protected] before registering for this event.

Volunteers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

WHERE TO MEET: Clearwater Beach Palm Pavillion - 10 Bay Esplanade, Clearwater, FL 33767 (Look for the table and tent on the beach)

TIME: 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Please arrive a few minutes early to sign in and grab your gear.

WHAT TO WEAR: Volunteers should wear closed toe shoes such as boots or sneakers, sun protection and weather appropriate clothing.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Cleanup supplies will be provided. A water refill station will be available, please bring a reusable water bottle. Bring your own bucket if you have one! Volunteers will need to sign our waiver upon arrival.

PARKING: Free parking will be available in the grass lot across the street from the Clearwater Beach Library and Recreation Complex (69 Bay Esplanade, Clearwater Beach, FL 33767). Please see map below. Spaces will be available on a first-come basis. Carpooling is encouraged! Parking is subject to change. All other parking will require a small fee.
