The Big Charity Mud Run

Join King George and Queen's Hospitals Charity for a 5km run filled with fun obstacles laughter and plenty of mud!

Running by yourself with a friend or as a team you will embark on the challenge of conquering over 20 obstacles at the much loved Nuclear Races Wild Forest in Brentwood.

Whether you're climbing jumping crawling or sliding our promise is that you will be getting delightfully dirty!

By taking part in this fun but tough run you're helping to support your local hospitals.
