I am so glad to invite you for this weekend:It will be separated in 2 big moments... Look what will happen:
- Saturday Fun Evening:
From 4pm, the gym will be open and the longes will be set... We start with this full evening of Fun and Acro Jam. You can join whenever you want, stay as long as you want. You can even sleep in the gym
And big bonus for this 1st day: the mobile Sauna will be hot from 7pm for a pure wellness evening.

- Sunday Hand to Hand training with Tom The Acrobat:
No need to say something about Tom: you know everything! He's the Hand to Hand Master and he's coming to Saarland to help you improve your Hand to Hand skills.
Training from 10:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 17:00
Pre-requesites:
- H2H L-Base
- some experience with H2H Standing (approx. 50 percent successes)
Focus of the day: help you be more consistent in standing hand to hand... If you're already good with that, he'll challenge you with some fun and non conventional entries... Ready to go deeper into hand to hand?
70€ for the full day (if you register before 31/03 then 80€)
