About this Event

Join Us for a Social Trip to the Theatre

We’re inviting you to join us for a relaxed social outing to Nottingham Playhouse. This is a chance to enjoy a night out in good company, meet new people in a friendly setting, and experience a live performance together.

You don’t need to know anyone beforehand - many people come along on their own, and you’ll be welcomed from the moment you arrive.

As part of the Nottingham Playhouse Community Group, we’re able to offer £10 community tickets for selected shows. There are 10 spaces available, offered on a first come, first served basis.

About the performance:

The Beekeeper of Aleppo is a moving and beautifully acted adaptation of the bestselling novel. It follows Nuri, a Syrian beekeeper, and his wife Afra as they flee war-torn Aleppo and seek safety in Europe. Emotional, human, and filled with hope and resilience. You don’t need any previous experience of going to the theatre - just come along, enjoy the atmosphere, and spend time with others in a supportive group. Staff from the Hub will be there to welcome everyone and help you feel comfortable throughout the outing.

This session is for ages 18+ only.

Please note that priority is given to Rushcliffe residents. Participants from outside the area are welcome, though an additional charge may apply.

Only one booking is permitted per person. Additional bookings may be cancelled to ensure fairness.

All bookings are non-refundable.
