On Saturday 5th September, we are inviting you to spend a day slowing down, reflecting and reconnecting with yourself through therapeutic writing.
No writing experience is needed, just arrive to beautiful surroundings, thoughtful prompts, a delicious two-course lunch and the opportunity to spend a few hours investing in yourself. Led by an experienced therapeutic writing practitioner, with no pressure to share, spaces are limited to allow everyone a tailored experience.
