Curious about mindfulness, but not sure where to start – or wondering why it hasn’t worked for you before? This 4-part series breaks down the essentials: what mindfulness is and why it’s worth exploring; how to develop an approach that fits your life to explore the world of mindfulness; and it’s background, benefits, and the skills you can build to make it work for you.The series will be hosted by Erica Krug, a recent transplant from the Washington DC area. Erica has been a certified meditation teacher and end-of-life doula for four years. Previous to that, she’s had a meditation practice for 14 years. Her son is a Freshman at UMASS Amherst her husband is currently posted overseas with the US government.
The series will be held in-person in the UUSG Fellowship Hall at 66 Elm St., Gardner from 6-7pm. A zoom link will be provided for anyone who is unable to join in person, OR in the case of inclement weather a session will be held virtually only (via Zoom)
