Refine your body and reset your week with our signature barre class — a sophisticated blend of ballet conditioning, Pilates precision, and mindful movement. Each 50 minute session is thoughtfully curated to lengthen and tone through elegant, deliberate technique that honors both the body and the practice.

Work through graceful sequences at the barre, sculpting the core, seat, and arms with the kind of quiet intensity that only barre delivers. The class will conclude with a deep stretch designed to leave you feeling restored, realigned, and effortlessly poised.

All fitness levels welcome. Grip socks required. Wear comfortable fitness attire.

Meet Your Instructor:

Lucretia also known as "Raising the Barre with Cre" is a former dancer that enjoys the art of movement. She loves the benefits of dance so much that she decided to become a certified barre instructor after years of being in the healthcare industry. Lucretia loves to curate an experience that embodies her love for dance and music to encourage people to get moving toward better health.
