Join us at Bank & Baron for the first gathering of The Baron’s Whisky Club, our new monthly guided whisky tasting series.
Held around shared community tables beneath the high cielings of our historic Chandelier Room, each event will explore four whiskies selected and presented by an entertaining and highly knowledgeable whisky representative.
Our first chapter will focus on Canadian whisky.
Guests will explore four distinct Canadian expressions while learning about their ingredients, production, history and flavour profiles.

- Four guided Canadian whisky tastings
- A two-hour hosted tasting experience
- A printed tasting card
- Shared whisky-friendly bites served buffet-style at 5:00 p.m.
- Access to the regular Bank & Baron menu and bar following the tasting
No previous whisky knowledge is required. The evening is designed to be social, approachable and educational for both new and experienced whisky drinkers.

The Baron’s Whisky Club will return on the third Sunday of every month with a new theme and whisky selection.
Please arrive before 4:00 p.m. so the guided tasting can begin on time.
Shared food will be served at 5:00 p.m. The food offering is intended as a light accompaniment rather than a full meal.
