This class does not require a partner, more flexibility or strength, and we will challenge any other limiting beliefs that will prevent you from trying Acro Yoga. We welcome all ages, shapes, sizes, color, and gender to this class.
This is a donation based class. Your donations will help with the continual growth of our community. All proceeds will go towards creating events that educate the public about Acro Yoga.

1. Yoga mat, gymnastic panel mat, or beach blanket

Class Location:
1201 North Shore Dr. NE, St. Petersburg, Fl 33701.
Look for the people with panel mats, under the large banyan tree, next to the tennis courts and outdoor fitness station.
Health Guidelines:
Please do not attend if you are feeling sick, have a fever, or have recently been in close contact with someone that is sick.
