The BARE Founding Cohort | 100-Hour Mat Pilates Teacher Training

Twenty women. Four weekends. One Founding Cohort.
This January, BARE opens its first 100-hour Mat Pilates Teacher Training in Miami, led by Lead Instructor Noël Murray. A complete certification, from student to instructor: Classical Mat repertoire, anatomy and alignment, cueing and methodology, and supervised teaching practice.
It's for women who love Pilates, whether you want to teach, build something of your own, or simply understand the method deeply. No teaching experience required. We're keeping it to 20 women, so every one of them is seen, corrected and supported.

Four weekends at Ironside Miami: January 9–10, 16–17, 23–24 and 30–31
Saturdays 9am–5pm · Sundays 9am–4pm
