About this Event
There’s something special about the barbershop.
It’s never just about the haircut. It’s where stories are shared, wisdom is passed down, laughter fills the room, and real conversations happen—unfiltered, honest, and rooted in lived experience. It’s one of the few spaces where Black men and boys can simply be—seen, heard, and understood.
The Barbershop Workshop Series brings that energy into a dedicated community space.
This is where connection is intentional. Where mentorship happens naturally. Where generations come together—not just to talk, but to listen, learn, and grow. Whether you’re a father, uncle, big brother, mentor—or a young person finding your way—this space is for you.
Expect real dialogue. Expect joy. Expect moments that stay with you long after the night ends.
Through games, food, storytelling, and conversation, we’re creating space for:
- Building strong, meaningful relationships between Black men and boys
- Sharing knowledge, life lessons, and lived experiences
- Strengthening identity, confidence, and sense of belonging
- Showing up for one another in ways that matter
Because legacy isn’t just what we leave behind—it’s what we build in the present.
Pull up. Be part of something real.
