This summer, The Banned Book Club will embark on a tandem read of two books that explore the dystopian world of Orwell’s 1984—from two perspectives.

📖 Julia by Sandra Newman – A contemporary retelling of 1984 through the eyes of Julia, Winston’s lover, revealing a new perspective on resistance, power, and survival in a totalitarian regime.
