The Ballet Salon: Season I. Studio Showing

Join us for The Ballet Salon's first studio showing!

The Ballet Salon presents the company’s first studio showing at Mark Morris Dance Center. The performance on August 16th will feature three debut works by New York-based choreographers, Donna Salgado, Tiffany Mangulabnan and Juri Onuki.

The Ballet Salon’s company is an artistic incubator that provides returning dancers with a joyful and supportive pathway back to the stage, while empowering professional choreographers with the funding, resources, and dancers to explore their artistic process and create experimental new works of ballet. These original works for the company will premiere at our fall show, October 19th-20th.

The studio showing will be followed by a short talk with the choreographers as well as The Ballet Salon’s co-founders Adriana Gramly and Meiying Thai moderated by dance journalist, Cory Stieg.
