⚡ THE BADRAT BOLT IS COMING – 17 MAY 2026! 🐀💨Get ready to run with the mischief and charge into the storm!
BADRAT Runners proudly present our very first club-organised race, the BADRAT Bolt, a new addition to the popular Somerset Series for 2026.
This isn’t just a revival of the old Bridgwater Bolt, it’s a reimagined version. We’ve fine-tuned the 10k route to make it faster, friendlier for those less fond of hills, while keeping that cheeky little climb near halfway to test those legs and lungs!
Starting at Trinity Sports Centre, the 'just over' 10k route winds through the scenic lanes around Chilton Trinity, climbs Sandford Hill, then sweeps down into the lanes behind Wembdon before returning to the finish, we think a perfect mix of pace and challenge.
Every finisher will earn an awesome bespoke medal 🏅 and of course, plenty of BADRAT positive energy at the finish line!
