BAD EROTICA is a comedy show where ten comedians are each given a completely random prompt and tasked with writing the worst possible erotic script they can imagine. The goal isn’t to be sexy—it’s to be hilariously terrible. Each comic then performs a dramatic reading of their intentionally awful script on stage, leaning into the absurdity, awkwardness, and ridiculousness of the premise. The prompts can lead anywhere, from bizarre characters to wildly inappropriate situations, and the results are chaotic, cringe-worthy, and consistently funny.
At the end of the night, the audience votes for their favorite script, crowning the winner of the evening. The grand prize? A bag of chips. With low stakes, ridiculous material, and audience participation built into the show, BAD EROTICA creates a playful, anything-can-happen atmosphere where comedians experiment and audiences get to laugh at just how gloriously bad writing can be.
