To celebrate National Farmers Market Week, we are offering SNAP users up to $20 of Market Mint, the Backyard Growcery’s own currency, to spend with ANY food vendor throughout the season. Plus, donate to Backyard Growers at the market to be entered to win $100 of Market Mint.

Gloucester's co-poet laureate Heidi Wakeman will be at this market to host an interactive collective poetry playshop. Exploring Art & Sensory will once again be hosting nature-based kids' craft activities.
Plus, stop by the Backyard Growers educational garden beds to learn how to plan and succession plant this month for a bountiful fall vegetable garden. Backyard Growers will also be hosting a cucumber taste test - compare different cucumber varieties and choose your favorite!
Bring a picnic blanket or camp chair to hang out and enjoy live music by Alexandra Kirby, 3-5pm.
