The Awakening: Illumination & Renewal

As the light begins to return, we turn our attention toward what is beginning to stir within us.
Through somatic breathwork, rhythmic drumming, guided embodiment, and intentional reflection, this journey invites you to reconnect with your inner spark, awaken your energy, and gently begin moving toward what is ready to emerge.
Rather than rushing into action, we honor the slow return of the light and listen for what wants to grow.
A seasonal journey for renewal, awakening, connection, and gently stepping back into your energy.
Guided by Nicole and Susan. $55 per person.
