The Aviation Council of Alabama 2024 Conference

The Aviation Council of Alabama along with the General Aviation Alliance of Alabama will host the 2024 Annual Conference at The Hotel at Auburn Universtiy and Conference Center this year. The conference will include a general membership meeting and will feature up to date information and sessions on matters that directly affect the aviation community in Alabama. Join us in promoting progressive legislation, information sharing, and education!

Spouses and Guests who are not attending sessions but wish to participate in social activities are welcome! Purchase tickets for Spouse/Guests when you register for the Conference. Spouses and Guests may enjoy evening social activities and special Spouse/Guest featured activities on Monday and Tuesday of the conference.

ACA Scholarship Fundraiser Clay Shoot

Bring your shotgun, shells, eye and ear protection! The ACA Scholarship Fundraiser Clay Shoot is an opportunity for members to network and enjoy a day with colleagues while also raising money for a worthy cause. This event will be Sunday, September 22, 2024 from 2:00pm - 4:30pm.

Teams of two - $300

Stand Sponsorship without Setup (a sign with your logo will be placed at a stand) - $250

Stand Sponsorship with Setup (set up at a designated stand and a sign with your logo) - $500

Shell Sponsor (set up at a designated stand, a sign with your logo and recognition will be provided during the welcome remarks of event and following dinner) - $3,000

Auburn Oaks Pro Shop will have guns available for rent for $50 each and 12 and 20 Gauge shells available for purchase. This will be a 50 shot course and clays will be included.
