About this Event
As summer gives way to autumn, we're invited to slow down, turn inward, and listen.
The Autumn Threshold is an intimate women's circle centered around Ground • Listen • Return - an evening of breathwork, sound, intuitive connection, and reflection designed to help you reconnect with yourself as we enter a new season.
Together, we'll move through a guided breathwork journey, an intuitive mystery crystal practice, and a crystal bowl sound bath, with space to journal, reflect, and connect.
You'll be invited to choose a hidden crystal intuitively and explore what you notice before discovering the stone and its traditional meaning - an invitation to listen before given the answer.
No previous experience with breathwork, crystals, or meditation is needed.

** Please arrive between 6:15 - 6:25 PM so you have time to settle into your space. The circle will begin promptly at 6:30 PM
