Arroz invites you to a special evening celebrating the diversity and character of Spanish wine. This wine dinner is a journey across Spain’s most renowned wine regions, exploring different landscapes, grape varieties and winemaking traditions — all through five carefully selected wines.•
We begin in the fresh Atlantic vineyards of Galicia with Terras Gauda O Rosal, a vibrant blend of Albariño, Caíño Blanco and Loureiro from D.O. Rías Baixas, offering bright acidity and aromatic elegance. From there we travel to D.O.Ca. Rioja with Marqués de Cáceres Reserva, a refined and balanced expression of Tempranillo with Garnacha and Graciano.

Our journey continues to the rugged slate vineyards of D.O.Ca. Priorat with Gran Predicat Negre, where Cariñena delivers depth, minerality and Mediterranean intensity. We then move to D.O.P. Abadía Retuerta for Abadía Retuerta Selección Especial, a complex and elegant blend of Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot and Petit Verdot.

To conclude the evening, we pour the powerful and iconic Pintia from D.O. Toro, a bold yet polished expression of Tinta de Toro that perfectly showcases the strength of this historic region.

Throughout the evening, the wines will be paired with a selection of classic Spanish tapas and signature dishes from Arroz, designed to highlight the flavors and traditions of Spain’s cuisine:
White Anchovies "Boquerones en Vinagre"
Iberian Cold Cut Selection
Spicy Crab & Shrimp Croquette
Deep-Fried Squid with Padrón Peppers & Ali-Oli
Garlic Prawns
Spanish Omelette
Iberian Pork Pluma with Red Mojo Sauce & Smashed Baby Potatoes
Black Ink Llauna
And to finish on a sweet and traditional note, we will serve our house-made Churros with rich hot chocolate.
